Is Full PT a subscription-based app?

No. The trainer app is a one-time $30 lifetime licence. Remote connected-client access has separate monthly or yearly pricing after the included 3 months.

Can I use Full PT without connecting my clients?

Yes. Manage clients and training plans offline with the licensed trainer app.

What happens after the first three months?

Your plan becomes Free, which keeps one client connected. To keep more clients connected, choose the plan that fits, from $3 a month.

Do I lose my trainer app if I stop paying for connectivity?

No. Everything your lifetime licence covers keeps working offline. Cancel a plan anytime and you keep Free, with one connected client.

Do my clients pay anything?

No. Clients use the companion app free. You choose how many can connect.

How are connectivity plans billed?

Monthly, or yearly for 10% less, through the App Store or Google Play. You choose a plan inside the trainer app. Open invites count toward your limit.

Can I manage multiple clients offline?

Yes. The trainer app manages all your clients offline.

Do I need to use the client app?

No. Remote connectivity is optional.
