Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Contribr ("we", "us") for your use of the FullPT app and this website. By installing or using FullPT, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Your license
When you buy FullPT, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own coaching work, on the devices linked to your App Store or Google Play account. The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. You may not resell, sublicense, copy or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
3. Free trial
Each device can use one free trial of 7 days, with every feature included. When the trial ends, you need a license to keep adding and editing data. We don't charge you during the trial.
4. Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by them, under their refund policies.
5. Your data
Your data belongs to you and is stored on your device. Because we don't hold a copy, we can't restore it if your phone is lost, damaged or reset, or if you forget your backup password. You are responsible for making backups and for having your clients' permission to record their information. Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app sends and why.
6. Not medical advice
FullPT is a record-keeping and planning tool. It doesn't give medical, health or nutritional advice. You are responsible for the programs you design and for checking that exercise and nutrition plans are safe for each client.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use FullPT to break the law, to record data about people without their consent, or to interfere with our services, including by abusing the trial system.
8. Third-party content
Exercise media is © Gym Visual and is licensed for use within the app only. Open-source components remain under their own licenses.
9. Updates
We may update the app to fix problems, add features or meet store requirements. We aim to keep the app working offline, but we don't guarantee that any feature or service will always be available.
10. Disclaimer
FullPT is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or that the app will be error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, income or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for FullPT. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Ending these terms
You can stop using FullPT at any time by deleting the app. We may end your license if you seriously breach these terms.
13. Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above. If you keep using FullPT after a change, you accept the new terms.
